| I. Background | |
| 糖皮质激素诱导的肿瘤坏死因子受体相关蛋白（GITR，也称为 TNFRSF18 或 CD357），属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族（TNFRSF），它在多种免疫细胞上表达，包括 效应 T 细胞和调节性 T 细胞。GITR 在调节免疫系统中发挥重要作用，尤其是在 T 细胞的 活化和调节性 T 细胞（Treg）的功能中。 GITR 的配体是 GITRL，通常在抗原呈递细胞上表达。当 GITR 与 GITRL 结合后，会 触发下游的信号通路，包括 NF-κB、MAPK 和 PI3K/AKT 通路，从而促进 T 细胞的存活、 增殖和效应功能。同时，GITR 的激活还可能干扰调节性 T 细胞的抑制能力，进一步解除 免疫抑制。 | |
